The Bosch ESI[truck] 3824A Heavy Duty Diagnostic Solution enables technicians to efficiently diagnose and repair a wide variety of heavy duty trucks and commercial vehicles. It can also be used for a wide range of Off-Highway vehicles (Agriculture, Construction, and others) with the addition of the 3824CBL-UPG Off-Highway Upgrade Kit.

The 3824CBL-UPG off-highway cable upgrade kit and introductory software allows the 3824A and 3824BSC Bosch ESI[truck] scan tools to scan and diagnose a wide variety of off-highway vehicles and machinery. The off-highway software has extensive coverage for construction equipment, agricultural vehicles, stationary engines, street sweepers and more. The software is easy to use, and its diagnostic capabilities covers vehicle makes, models, and individual systems, including:

• Manufacturer coverage: Caterpillar, John Deere, Kubota, Perkins, Volvo, Massey Ferguson, SISU, Deutz, Deutz-Fahr, MTU, and more

The 3824-08OHW Software License card is not needed as long as the user calls Bosch to register the introductory Off-Highway software that comes with the 3824CBL-UPG.

The 3925-01 is an OBD II cable for use with ADS 325 diagnostic scan tool. 

• 8 ft length
• DLC connector end includes convenient LED light providing assistance in locating vehicle DLC
• Scan tool connector end features battery voltage reading directly from OBD pin 16, ensuring proper scan readings. Indicator will display actual battery voltage, "LO" if below 11.8 volts, or "HI" of above 15.5 volts, indicating battery system needs attention.
