The TC426HDis suitable for wheel diameters from 14"-26" rim diameter and tire diameters of 65.4" and tire widths up to 31.5".  It has a hydraulic drive for the lifting arm, mounting slide and clampling device. The clamping pressure is infinitely varialbe and can be driven clockwise or counter-clockwise by 3-phase electric motor at either of 2 speeds. (optional single phase motor available)
