The OBPA (Off Board Programming Adapter) along with the Tech 2 allows the techician to reprogram select 1993-current GM FLASH controllers (ECM PCM VCM) offboard from the vehicle. Kit includes necessary ECU adapter cables for GM Powertrain controllers and Tech2 adapter.

Note: Does not include Tech 2 or SPS reprogramming software.
